Monica Von Hoff

Monica joined Rise in August 2024, bringing experience in event planning, management, and a strong commitment to mental health advocacy. Originally from the South, she graduated from UT-Arlington with a degree in Public Relations. After moving to Colorado 12 years ago, Monica dedicated herself to community service, serving on several boards and supporting local school district campaigns.

Her passion for mental health comes from personal experience. After losing her brother to suicide in high school, Monica committed to building support systems for youth and families so no one has to face these challenges alone.

Outside of work, Monica enjoys karaoke, dancing (even if she’s not the best), and spending time with her husband, three children, and a lively group of pets. She’s excited to make an impact in the community through her work at Rise.
